How can I order?
Send me the photo of the artwork or scan of the drawing through email along with the name and age of the child.
Let me know about any special requests, what colour, size, fabric, etc you would like. Provide as much information as possible so that you are as happy as can be with the finished product.
I will review the drawing, to make sure that I can transform it into a plush Cuddlie keepsake, and then I'll send you the price including delivery and actual lead time.
Once you have confirmed, I will send you an invoice.
After receiving payment I will proceed with the order.
Before shipping ready creation, I will send you a picture for your approval.
Why so expensive?
If you feel that my products are too expensive, here's some useful info.
You are buying a handmade, customized product, that I put a lot of time and effort into making. I do my best to make something that you will love and cherish.
High-quality materials, labour hours, quality machinery, and equipment all factor into the final price.
These are not mass-produced factory toys - they are one-of-a-kind art pieces that can take 10-50+ hours to make. I take great pride in making each piece the best I can.
If you do not like my pricing please consider purchasing a mass-produced/official plush instead, or find someone that may suit your budget more.
How much does it cost?
The price will depend on the details of the drawing. It starts at £90.

Interpretation of the artwork
When you order a Cuddlie, you should inform me of any special request you have (fabric, size, etc) if you do not so, you agree to reserve the right to the artistic interpretation of the drawing given as the basis for the item that is made.
What kind of artwork you can transform into plush Cuddlie?
I am able to transform most of the artwork into stuffed Cuddlie.

Can you make a plush replacement?
I might be able to help you if you want to recreate a childhood plush toy or lost softie.
Email me some pictures including all detail that you can think of.
Size, fabric, fur, eyes type, etc
Please note;
Working on remaking old/lost softies I based on the pictures and your description only. I do my best to achieve the best possible effect.
Some fabric can not be replaced.
Do you make a stuffed copy of beloved pets.....pet clones?
If you are after an exact copy of your pet, which involves paint brushing fur......no I do not. But if you are after simplifying the version. I might be able to help.
Do you take commissions for multiple orders?
No, I do not. Sorry.
How long does it take to create my very own Cuddlie?
Throughout the year turnaround time is 4-8 weeks, which depends on how busy I am at the time.
Christmas orders;
Please note that my first Christmas orders are booked before the summer holidays. My order book is feeling fast from September and by end of November, usually, I am fully booked.
Of course, there is always a chance to book you in, in December. Email me and I will let you know what can be done for you.
If you wish to get your Cuddlie ready for Christmas, please do not wait till the last minute.

Who will create my Cuddlie?
If you ever wonder who is creating the softies showcased on my website's gallery.
The answer is ME and only ME and my two pairs of hands.
Sneak peek.......inside work, how my Cuddlie is made.
I do not give an inside look at how the softies are made. The reason for that is I forgot to take pictures while I am sewing.
Packaging.
When the Cuddlie is ready to be shipped........
Cuddlie is wrapped in white tissue paper along with a little tag and thanks to you card (all paper).
Boxed into a recyclable brown cardboard box, without any foil in it. To make sure the Cuddlie is safe, the box is wrapped into brown packaging paper. Also, it is discreet for sneaky peekers ;-)
I do my best to keep the packaging as simple and ECO-friendly as possible.
How can I pay?
PayPal or Bank Transfer.
What are the Cuddlies is made of?
I try to use a wide range of fabrics like fleece, felt, Minky, cotton, flannel, etc. All of my creations are stuffed with new, 100% polyester fiberfill.
How big is a Cuddly?
It varies, but they’re usually around 17′′ inches long.
How do you clean the Cuddlie?
Spot clean only with a damp face cloth.
Do you make trademark characters?
Unfortunately, I don’t.
Returns
Custom-made Cuddlies cannot be returned for a refund as it is made especially for you based on the artwork.

Please Note.
1) Due to the toy safety laws, time and the work that goes into each creation I make my Cuddlies are keepsakes and are NOT a child's soft toy. They are not suitable for anyone under the age of 14 years
2) Due to personal/family reasons, temporary I had to move abroad to live closer to my family. I was lucky to be able to take my little business with me, for that reason the softies will be made and sent from Poland.
