Cuddlies making Deebdeeb
Product quality
Very neatly done, very good quality for all the material used creating the teddy. It feels soft and cuddly. The filling are nice and it supports the teddy to sit independently which was a personal request from my-side.

Delivery& packaging
The teddy was delivered next day after the final review. It was shipped in a box that had the stamp of the Cuddlies I thought that was cool. The box was wrapped in extra wrapping made it looks more like a gift than a cargo box. Deebdeeb teddy was sleeping nicely inside the box covered and surrounded with tissue paper. It had a tag around his leg and came with the maker card. It was so cool. So neat. Very special moment to reveal.

Communication
Natalia the creator, was very responsive for the emails in an outstanding time, sometimes within minutes. She kept me updated with lots of photos and choices.

Challenges
Building a 3D character is very very challenging task. Especially when you do sewing yourself and know your stuff. We had some rough time giving Deebdeeb the right rounded face. Natalia was determined to do her best even when that meant to redo the work. She didn’t for once, make any comment that expresses complaining. She only expressed her willing to make it right. That was a wonderful attitude with a lovely result for the product at the end.
Tip: If you are creating you book character teddy make sure to ask your illustrator to do a sketch of the character facing the camera.

Deadline
Bearing in mind the alterations, pinning unpinning doing the work re do the work. Deebdeeb made it home one day delay to the initial agreed deadline. That was outstanding effort. I was very happy. I will still take Deebdeeb with me to Dubai in two days to my reading workshop!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the skill and creativity you have used to make my daughter's drawing of her Grandma's cat into reality. My Mum is really touched by the gift which was Caitlin's idea to comfort her after the cat died.
